The story
Quorra came to us with a clinical partner network and no product. We ran three weeks of patient interviews, then designed and built a React Native app with video consults, prescriptions and follow-up plans.
The team shipped weekly to a TestFlight cohort of 400 patients, tightening the booking flow from nine steps to four.
Post-launch we stayed on for two quarters, adding pharmacy integrations and a care-plan feature that now drives most repeat sessions.
